Trauma-Informed Corporate Wellness Programs
Bestemming Yoga provides trauma-informed wellness education and mind-body practices for organizations, Employee Assistance Programs, and workplace wellness platforms. Our programs are designed to support stress management, burnout prevention, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and overall employee well-being through accessible yoga, breathwork, meditation, and reflective wellness practices.
We understand that employees bring different bodies, experiences, stressors, and needs into the workplace. For this reason, our sessions are grounded in trauma-informed principles, including participant choice, psychological safety, accessibility, invitational language, and respect for personal boundaries. Participants are never required to perform, disclose, or push beyond their comfort level.
Bestemming Yoga’s corporate wellness programs can be offered as standalone workshops, recurring wellness sessions, leadership retreats, professional development experiences, or EAP-adjacent wellness resources. Programs may be delivered virtually, in person, or in hybrid formats and can be customized for teams, educators, healthcare professionals, caregivers, nonprofit staff, corporate employees, and leadership groups.
Through practical, accessible tools, Bestemming Yoga helps organizations create healthier workplace cultures where employees feel supported, grounded, and better equipped to navigate stress, change, and uncertainty.
